- Your satisfaction with the content (subjective dissatisfaction is not grounds for a refund).

2. Cancellations by Finkhoz
If we cancel or substantially reschedule a workshop and you cannot attend the rescheduled session, you will receive:
- A full refund of the amount paid, OR
- Credit toward a future workshop of equivalent value (your choice).
Refunds in this case will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Statutory Exceptions
Where applicable Indian law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020) requires a refund despite this policy, we will comply with those legal obligations.

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks and to refuse future service to customers who chargeback in bad faith.
